My somewhat idealistic, politically aware, Obama-volunteering, 18 year old daughter sent me the following email this morning, after reading comments of Clinton campaign operatives at  FirstRead.   With her permission, here's what she wrote:

Every. single.WORD. in this article makes me angry:  What, that? Negative?

This is a new poll, just announced in South Bend.   Here the link South Bend Tribune Statewide Poll of Democrats.  Among whites it is Clinton 55, Obama 40;  among blacks Obama 81, Clinton 16.  Men:  Obama 50, Clinton 43;   Women Clinton 54 and Obama 43.  Here is a PDF with much more detailed information.

You might remember the video that appeared in the last week in which Obama supporter Derrick Ashong was interviewed on the street outside the last Obama/Clinton debate.  It was described in this diary.  Everyone noticed what an articulate young man he is as he discussed Obama's position on health care.  Some wondered how the interview came about, and whether it was staged.  I just saw an amazing update on this story....
